OUR STORY
We believe maps are art.
Edge & Earth started from a specific frustration: the existing geographic products out there took what should be a beautiful design and turned it into nothing but a screenshot of Google Maps — a square box with a generic map that could be anywhere. It simply wasn't good enough.
So we built our own system to let you create a meaningful representation of the place you love so much — just that place, with nothing surrounding it, in all its natural geographic beauty.
We believe that a map can be more than just a diagram to help you go somewhere — it can be a masterpiece. And just like a work of abstract art, for some it may be nothing more than random lines and curves. But for you, for the right person, it has meaning. It makes you feel something.
That's why the most important elements of your piece aren't designed by us — they're chosen by you. Our only goal is to create a way for you to express something that's important to you and show it to the world.
Our products

Jewelry
Your favorite place, in solid sterling silver or 14K gold, hand polished for true brilliance. Every detail customized just for you, so your personal heart marker can sit right next to your actual heart. Or replace it with a diamond so everyone can feel the true radiance of the place you call home.

Poster prints
The same geographic designs, crafted to take center stage in your home. Responsibly sourced from paper to frame. Printed on heavyweight, FSC-certified 200 gsm matte paper that keeps your colors true. Thick wooden frames with natural grains, arriving ready to hang behind shatterproof plexiglass.

Wall art
The original source of the name Edge & Earth — machine cut from layered bamboo, then stained and painted by hand to give real depth to every detail of every design. Because of the intricate machining and hand finishing involved, these are available exclusively by custom commission.
